The following questions will help us to learn more about you and your lifestyle so that we may determine if one of our pups is right for you and to help select the best possible placement for our pups or older dogs.

Your answers do not have to be perfect, however we ask that you please be honest so that we may offer any suggestions that may better prepare you for a new puppy.

Please let us know which of the litter or available adults are you most interested in?

At this time, do you currently own any other pets, what are their ages, sex, breed and or species?

What, if any past or previous experience do you have with the Labrador breed?

Have you ever read either the AKC and/or FCI Labrador Retriever Standards?

Do you currently have a regular veterinarian? If so, please provide their name/ clinic name and phone number and may we contact them for a reference?

Do you own, lease or rent the residence that you currently reside at? If you rent or lease, do you have written approval for pets and can you furnish us a copy of your approval?

If, in the future because of any circumstances such as divorce, job change or military, you were forced to move or relocate what would you do with your pets? i.e., contact their breeder, local shelter, run a newspaper ad to find a new home or take the pets with you?

How many people share your home, including ages of children and are you married, single, divorced?

Who will be the primary care giver of the dog?

Will the dog be an indoor or outdoor companion? Do you have a fenced yard, an outdoor kennel? Please tell us how you plan to house the dog.

Are you employed, self employed, homemaker, a student, etc? What type of employment or business are you in? How will your schedule affect raising a puppy or giving the dog plenty of socialization and exercise? How many hours per day will the dog be left unattended?

Tell us about your lifestyle and activities? Are you an active person, enjoy the outdoors, involved with different activities or do you prefer to spend your extra time around the house? Do you have any medical or mental disabilities?

In general, from what you have heard, know or have read about the Labrador breed, what are you looking for in a puppy or adult and what has helped you make that decision?
